Meet Rose, Apprenticeship Field Officer.

Rose brings 26 years of experience as an Apprenticeship Field Officer. Her industry knowledge and strong relationships with employers support apprentices and businesses throughout the apprenticeship journey.

“With 26 years in the industry, I’ve built strong relationships who come back again and again. I really enjoy helping both new and existing employers onboard their apprentices.”

Since joining SYC, Rose has played a key role in building the presence and impact of our Apprenticeship Support Services.

“It’s been great to be part of SYC’s Apprenticeship Support Service and see the SYC brand starting to make a positive impact in the community.”

Rose’s favourite part of her role is watching apprentices complete their qualifications and return as employers, ready to take on the next generation of apprentices.

“I love seeing someone start their apprenticeship, complete it, and then come back to me as a qualified employer with their own business to apprentice someone new. It’s pretty special to be part of that.”
