Community Service Order Program
Helping young people engage with the community
The Community Service Order program supports young people to meet their community service requirements while developing important skills for studying, working and living independently. This program is funded by the Government of South Australia Department of Human Services.
Navigator
Post-release support program
The Navigator Service provides one-on-one support following a person’s release from prison. Delivered by SYC, Navigator works with individuals for 12 weeks after they are released from custody and supports them in reintegrating into the community.
Ignition
Social competency and independent living skills
Ignition has been designed by SYC to improve the social competency and independent living skills of young people who are involved with the criminal justice system.
Integrated Housing Exits Program
Transition to independent housing
Our Integrated Housing Exits program helps young people to successfully transition from South Australia’s youth training centres into independent housing. This program is funded by the South Australian Department of Human Services.
Elevate
Elevate is a program that walks alongside young people as they take the lead in shaping their future, offering consistent support, practical tools and a safe space to build confidence, explore choices and stay connected to their goals.
