Elevate is a program that walks alongside young people as they take the lead in shaping their future, offering consistent support, practical tools and a safe space to build confidence, explore choices and stay connected to their goals.

This project received grant funding from the Australian Government. Elevate is currently available across South Australia.

Need a bit of backup? We're here when you're ready.

If you’re looking for some support, an Elevate Support Worker can meet you where you're at. We'll take the time to understand what’s important to you and help you build connections, skills, and confidence along the way.

Support can look how you want it to. It may include:

  • Understanding you and your story
  • Reconnecting with education or training
  • Get involved in sport or community activities
  • Navigating Centrelink and essential services
  • Explore and achieve personal or career goals
  • Holding relentless belief in you
No pressure, no judgement, no rush - just real conversation, trust and support.

Elevate is designed for children and young people aged 10–17 who have current involvement or at risk of entering the justice system. Through intensive outreach, strong therapeutic relationships, and wraparound support, Elevate supports young people to:

  • Strengthen emotional regulation and life skills
  • Rebuild trust with services and self-belief
  • Enhance resilience and personal safety
  • Deepen community and cultural connections

Our work is grounded in relational practice, cultural respect, and a relentless belief in each young person’s capacity for growth.

Let’s get started—together.
