Beni began her career with SYC as an Employment Consultant and through dedication and hard work, has progressed to the role of Site Manager at one of SYC Workforce Australia’s Victorian sites. In her leadership position, Beni guides a passionate team that connects clients with meaningful employment opportunities and provides tailored case management, ensuring clients receive the support they need for long-term success.
"Witnessing the transformation in clients as they overcome barriers, build confidence, and secure sustainable employment really reinforces the sense of purpose in the work we do every day." says Beni.
Beni is especially proud of a
recent initiative where she worked with a Registered Training Organisation
(RTO) to create a pre-employment program tailored for clients facing
significant barriers to entering the workforce.
“We worked closely with employers to understand their needs, while also ensuring our clients received the support they needed, such as skills training, interview preparation and ongoing assistance.”
The success of this program has empowered many clients to enter the workforce with the confidence and skills they need to thrive.
“The best part of my role is my team,” Beni adds. “We all share the same passion for making a positive impact, and the collaboration across SYC helps us achieve our goals.”
As Beni celebrates 15 years at
