SYC is delighted to welcome Dr Kylie Henderson and Louise Marsh to its Board of Directors. Their leadership and expertise will strengthen the Board and help guide SYC’s work supporting people to build a life without disadvantage and achieve sustainable independence.

We are proud to welcome Dr Kylie Henderson and Louise Marsh to the SYC Board of Directors. Both bring extensive experience in leadership, governance, and community-focused work, with expertise across health, communication, digital innovation, and strategic business leadership.
Their appointments bring additional depth and perspective to our Board and we look forward to the contribution they will make in shaping SYC’s future.
Dr Kylie Henderson
Dr Kylie Henderson is a Clinical Psychologist and the Founder of Humanity Health Group Australia and the UK. She leads a team of more than 500 allied health professionals delivering mental health and allied health solutions through 13 brands including Back2Work, Care Squared, Therapy Connect, B2W Solutions, Care Squared Kids, Me&Work, and Aspire.
With over 25 years’ experience, Dr Kylie has held senior leadership roles across government, employment, health, and corporate sectors. She brings expertise in corporate and clinical governance, digital health innovation, strategic planning, and people and culture leadership.
Dr Kylie is an Adjunct Research Fellow at UniSQ and a Digital Health Advisor with the Australian Digital Health Agency, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Digital Health, the Royal Society of Arts (UK), and the Institute of Employability Professionals.
Dr Kylie joined the SYC board in 2025 and is a member of the Infrastructure and Governance Committee. She resides in Queensland.
Louise Marsh
Louise is business owner and Managing Director of corporate communication and public relations firm, Corporate Conversation.
She leads a team providing reputation counsel to CEOs, their Boards and executives, advising on strategic communication, stakeholder engagement and reputational risk. Corporate Conversation’s clients include large not-for-profit organisations and iconic brands across a range of industries.
Louise also serves on the board of peak body Volunteering SA & NT and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She contributes to the continuing professional education of company directors, presenting on the topic of crisis management in the boardroom.
Outside her professional and board roles, Louise is co-owner of manufacturing and steel distribution business Industrial Springs and Steel, continuing a proud tradition of spring manufacturing that began in 1935.
Louise joined the SYC board in 2025 and is a member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and Information and Communications Technology Committee. She resides in Adelaide, Australia.
