Introducing Elevate: Our New Youth Justice Program

news_img

SYC is proud to announce Elevate, a new program supporting young people aged 10–17 who have current involvement, or are at risk of entering, the justice system.

Elevate builds on SYC’s extensive experience in the youth justice space, expanding our work to provide a targeted, intervention-focused program. Our team is excited to lead this initiative, walking alongside young people as they take the lead in shaping their future. Through consistent support, practical tools and a safe space, Elevate helps young people build confidence, explore choices and stay connected to their goals.

Support is flexible and can include reconnecting with education, participating in sport or community activities, navigating essential services, or exploring personal and career goals, all guided by trust, respect and a relentless belief in each young person’s potential.

Funded by the Australian Government, Elevate is currently available across South Australia. Referrals can be made by young people themselves or on their behalf via our online form. For urgent referrals, call (08) 8405 8500, Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm.

Our team looks forward to working with young people through Elevate, providing meaningful support and opportunities to strengthen resilience, confidence and connection to their communities.
