We are pleased to share that Jenny Hall has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of SYC.
Jenny is an experienced CEO and purpose-driven leader. With a strong background leading large and complex organisations, she has extensive executive experience across community services, aged care, mental health and government-funded human services environments.
Since 2021, Jenny has been CEO of UnitingSA. She will commence with SYC in late July.
“The SYC Board was impressed with Jenny’s strategic and commercial acumen, her strong track record leading growth and transformation, and her energy, warmth and humility,” SYC Acting Chair, Arabella Branson, said.
“Jenny is an authentic and inclusive leader with a strong affinity for SYC’s purpose and values.
“As SYC continues to support Australians to achieve social and economic independence and wellbeing, Jenny will lead our next phase of social impact.
“The Board expresses our deep gratitude and appreciation to Interim CEO Stacey Dutschke, and the executive team, for their leadership during this time of transition. Stacey will resume as Chief Operating Officer – Employment and Education when Jenny commences in the role.
“We also acknowledge the exceptional work of staff and their continued dedication as part of the SYC team, and to the clients we serve.”
