SYC was proud to attend the 2026 South Australian Training Awards on Friday night, celebrating the achievements of individuals and organisations making a difference across South Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) sector.
As proud sponsor of the Large Training Provider of the Year Award, SYC was pleased to have Chief Operating Officer, Employment and Education, Stacey Dutschke, present the award on the night.
The award recognises large registered training organisations (RTOs) that offer a range of training products and services, while demonstrating excellence and high-level performance across all aspects of vocational education and training.
Congratulations to the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation (SA Branch), whose industry-based training organisation, ANMEC – Australian Nursing & Midwifery Education Centre, was named the 2026 Large Training Provider of the Year.
We also congratulate all finalists in the category: Adelaide Training and Employment Centre, Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation (SA Branch), Civil Train SA, MTA Training and Employment and TAFE SA.
Reflecting on the evening, Stacey Dutschke said the Training Awards are an important opportunity to recognise the people and organisations helping shape South Australia’s future workforce.
“The South Australian Training Awards are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the people, organisations and partnerships that are strengthening skills and creating opportunities across our state.”
As an RTO and Apprentice Connect Australia Provider, SYC understands the important role quality training and support play in helping people build skills, confidence and pathways into employment.
Congratulations to all finalists, winners and award recipients on their achievements, and thank you to the South Australian Skills Commission for bringing the sector together to celebrate the impact of VET across South Australia.
