  • Sticking Together Project

The Sticking Together Project is our research-driven, youth employment solution. It pairs young job seekers with a dedicated coach for a 60 week period, to give them the maximum chance of success when entering into and sticking with employment.

In July 2018 we began a 60 week program for 25 young people in Melbourne, after results from the previous pilot showed program participants achieved higher rates of employment than their peers in standard employment services.

The program has further expanded into New South Wales, thanks to a social impact bond and the state government. We have added nine new coaches in three regions in a service that will support almost 900 young people over four years.
