We work alongside individuals for 12 weeks after their release from prison, supporting them as they reintegrate into the community. Case managers help participants to access services and assistance, and ultimately establish ongoing support and positive community relationships. The program sees both improvements in individual’s lives and reduced contact with the justice system after release.
We support people to build pro-social connections and make positive contributions to their community.

Ryan has made it a priority to meet with his case worker regularly. She has supported him into employment, counselling and other community services. When his first job fell through, his case worker quickly helped him to find an alternative and set up an agreement with his new employer.
Youth Justice Integrated Housing Exits
This program helps young people to successfully transition from detention into independent housing. We seek to enable young people to build thriving lives, to identify, embrace and apply their character strengths, enabling them to overcome challenges, believe in themselves, and become valued contributors to the community.
