Are you eligible to receive specialised Disability Employment Services support? If you have an injury, illness or disability, we may be able to provide extra support to help you reach your employment goals.
Disability Employment Services is designed to help people living with a disability find and maintain employment. It's a free service funded by the Australian Government.
The Australian Government has announced a new program called Inclusive Employment Australia, which will replace the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program. The new program is set to launch in November 2025.
If you're a current DES participant, there’s nothing you need to do right now. We’ll be in touch to keep you informed and updated on the changes.
If you're looking for support, you can still register for DES. If eligible, we’ll help you work toward reaching your employment goals.
To learn more about the upcoming changes, the Department of Social Services has released a factsheet on Inclusive Employment Australia
