The Lived Experience and Engagement Service values people’s experience with homelessness and housing services in South Australia across many different providers and organisations. We are committed to strengthening the voices of people with lived experience to help guide and inform the South Australian Housing Authority’s (SAHA’s) reform to help shape future services.

Lived Experience Survey

We want to know about your opinions and experiences of housing and homelessness services in SA. Your feedback is crucial to ensure future services better meet the needs of people experiencing homelessness or housing stress.

Lived Experience Reference Group

Our Lived Experience Reference Groups capture people’s experiences of housing and homelessness services in South Australia. The groups provide perspective, advice, advocacy and feedback on issues relating to the housing sector.

A key outcome of the groups will be to assist in developing a state-wide Lived Experience Framework. This will include strategies to reform policies and services to reflect real life experiences.

Membership to the Lived Experience Reference Group is currently at capacity, if you would like to express your interest in being part of future groups, please complete the Expression of Interest Form below.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for our Indigenous Lived Experience Reference Group. Please click the link below to find out more.
