Protecting the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our top priority. We understand the importance of delaying and containing the spread of the virus as a community.
We have assembled an Incident Management Team who are in contact daily to monitor the situation and address issues as they arise.
We continue to monitor and respond to the changing COVID-19 situation. We are following the advice of health authorities, along with direction from our relevant contract managers.
We know that most of the people we work with will be significantly impacted by new regulations in place across the country. We also know that many more Australians will find themselves in need of community services and support throughout this year. For these reasons we are committed to continuing our operations where it is possible and safe to do so. Some changes to our services are expected during this time.
Due to public health concerns, do not attend our offices if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have been in close contact with another person who is unwell. Do not attend if you have been overseas or interstate in the last 14 days.

The common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, tiredness and a dry cough. Other symptoms include shortness of breath, aches and pains and a sore throat. If you experience any of these symptoms, contact your health care provider immediately by phone.
